  • **Billing & Transactional Information**: Payment receipts, billing address details, and regional gateway references. We do not store full credit card numbers directly on our nodes; transactions are securely forwarded to compliant billing processors.
  • **Server Configuration & Log Metadata**: Technical statistics regarding your instances (CPU/RAM telemetry, active player counts, network traffic loads, storage space utilization) necessary to monitor performance and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

The collected information is used solely for standard operation requirements:

  • Provisioning and maintaining your game server nodes, VPS instances, or dedicated allocations.
  • Sending billing invoices, transaction confirmations, and support ticket response alerts.
  • Detecting, preventing, and addressing network threats, resource abuse, and security violations.
  • Fulfilling legal compliance, taxation metrics, and accounting requirements.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We maintain a strict stance on user privacy. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third-party marketing networks. Data is only shared with:

  • **Datacenter Partners**: Necessary metadata to routing nodes and India server segments.
  • **Payment Gateway Processors**: Standard transactional parameters to authorize renewals and upgrades.
  • **Law Enforcement**: Only in direct response to valid judicial warrants, court orders, or verified abuse reports containing clear logs of illegal action.

All data transfers occur over encrypted protocols (SSL/TLS). Databases are structured with appropriate access rules to prevent unauthorized intrusion.
