1. 3-Hour Guarantee

We offer a **3-hour money-back guarantee** on our primary game server hosting plans. If you do not report your refund request or experience performance issues within **3 hours of purchase**, you are not eligible for a refund, and no refund will be provided.

2. Ineligible Circumstances

Refunds are not issued for:

• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 3 of Terms).
• DDoS attacks targeting your server due to external player rivalries.
• Payments made via cryptocurrency or non-refundable regional payment gateways.
• Dedicated hardware resources or setup fees that require direct physical allocations.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a billing ticket on our official Discord server or send an email to **support@roback.cloud** with your transaction details and account ID. Refund requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
